The Visionary
Eng. Basem

A distinguished graduate from the Mechanical Power Department at Alexandria University (Class of 1982), Eng. Basem began his career at the national cooling complex at Nasser Social Bank — one of Egypt's largest refrigeration projects.
His exceptional talent earned him advanced training from SIMFI Italy, the world leader in ammonia industrial refrigeration, followed by a full year scholarship in Italy. Upon his return in 1985, he established his company in Tanta, Egypt.
Over three decades, his hands-on approach, engineering precision, and unwavering honesty earned him deep trust from clients nationwide. He designed and executed more than 950 refrigeration projects across Egypt.

Our Journey
40 Years of Excellence
The Beginning
Eng. Basem graduates top of his class from Alexandria University, Mechanical Power Department.
National Project
Joined the construction and operation of the Nasser Social Bank national cooling complex.
Italian Excellence
One-year advanced refrigeration training mission in Italy with SIMFI — global leaders in ammonia refrigeration.
Company Founded
Established the first refrigeration engineering company in Tanta, specializing in design, installation, manufacturing, and maintenance.
Building Egypt's Cold Chain
Completed 950+ cold stores, freezing tunnels, and agricultural packing stations across Egypt. Expanded manufacturing to produce condensing units from ½ HP to 80 HP.
The Transition
Following Eng. Basem's passing in October 2016, his sons Sherif and Karem carry the legacy forward with renewed determination.
Spare Parts Expansion
Opening the first major spare parts showroom in Tanta, serving the entire Delta region.
International Expansion
Became exclusive Egyptian agent for Karyer Heat Exchangers – Turkey. Launched FrigoWave Cooling in Al Ain, UAE.
Scale & Innovation
Large-scale cold storage and centralized rack systems across Egypt. 500+ Karyer evaporators and condensers installed nationwide.
Future Factory
4,000 m² industrial factory in New October City — taking manufacturing to the next level.
